The room at Bandula Home Stay was cozy with a private entrance and a lovely seating area. The mountain views were breathtaking, and the bathroom was equipped with everything I needed. Loved the homely vibe!
Not a big fan of having a laptop in the room, but that's just my personal preference.

I had very pleasant stay for a night shorter!
Peaceful location so close to popular attractions and Sigiriya and Sri Lanka, and the room was budget. All in all everything was perfect, as a bonus I received wake up service free of charge. Location away from town centre...

I appreciated very amiable and cooperative employees.
The location was nice and perfect, close to the Sigiriya Rocks and restaurants, public transport and place of interest and the mineria national park. The owner made me feel at home. Their breakfast was satisfactory with daal and watermelon, as example. The building was neat.

The room and attached bathroom were very clean, meeting our expectations. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided us with morning tea upon request and the free breakfast was served hot and delicious. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace with the table and chairs provided in every room. The owner even offered to take us to Pidurangala on his jeep, which was an amazing experience. the cleanliness, breakfast, friendly staff, and additional services offered made our stay memorable.
For us, this home-stay was ideal and we did not have any negative experiences to mention.

Situated in a serene jungle setting, this home stay offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. Guests can enjoy being surrounded by nature and have easy access to the major sites in the area. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, providing excellent service. Additionally, the delicious home-cooked breakfast and dinner are a highlight, offering a taste of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.
One small drawback is the occasional power cuts experienced during the stay.

Just perfect stay for a night. New-fashioned and functional room with table and chairs, the bedroom, mosquito net.- Unbeatable and lovely setting short walk to the main attractions, and Dambulla.

We stayed at Bandula for 2 nights and were warmly welcomed by the host and his family. They helped us with all our arrangements and the beautiful garden and terrace were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The peaceful surroundings made for a quiet and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary coconut, tea, and coffee. The owner's Tuk-Tuk service was incredibly convenient, providing us with transportation at any time of day. Bandula offers great value for money and we would highly recommend this hotel.

As a traveler, I loved the warm and welcoming attitude of the owner. The room was basic but clean, with the added bonus of warm water. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere ensured a good night's sleep. The owner was not pushy and respected my own itinerary, making me feel appreciated as his guest. The delicious dinner offered at a fair price was a highlight. I will definitely return here if I come back to the area.
Felt cozy, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this home stay. The location was great, nestled in a beautiful and relaxing part of Sigiriya. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice porch outside our room where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with a refreshing drink upon arrival and provided us with a delicious dinner and breakfast. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hot shower was a welcome comfort after a long day of exploring. The hotel also offered fast internet, which was a plus. Transportation was convenient, as we had the option to take a tuktuk to the nearby attractions, such as the Lion Rock and the national park. this home stay provided excellent value for the price.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The place had a cool vibe and the staff were super friendly. We had a blast exploring Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rock, the views were insane! The rooms were comfy and clean, and the breakfast spread was tasty. it was a great experience with friends!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more nightlife options nearby. We were up for some late-night fun after our adventures, but the area seemed a bit quiet.
